Shipping policy

Dear friends, please remember our normal delivery time is from 10 to 20 days. As soon as your order will be completed, you'll receive our order confirmation.

At the moment of shipping you'll promptly receive our tracking confirmation. Delivery will take from 24 to 48 hours and will be carried out by SDA for POSTE ITALIANE (cronos service).

Shipping cost varies according to weight and destination country. Do not hesitate to contact us for any information regarding your order status!

We'd love to be as fast as Amazon Prime!

But, unfortunately, we can't for the following good reasons:

• Each product is handmade with the great love and care.
• We work on a MADE TO ORDER BASIS, so we rarely have big quantities on the shelf.
• We can customize most of our products according to your wishes (and that takes time!)
• We usually ship once a week (we live in the woods, quite away from the town and all shipping carriers!) Normal delivery time is 10-20 days.

In case we are late, we know you'll forgive us (with a little gift?).
